The National Chairman of APGA, Sly Ezeokenwa, made this known while briefing newsmen in Abuja, echoing similar sentiments expressed by the party’s National Leader and Anambra State Governor, Charles Soludo.
Ezeokenwa stated that with the party’s internal leadership tussle resolved by a Supreme Court judgment affirming his chairmanship, APGA is now poised to reclaim its position in Nigeria’s political landscape.
“APGA proudly has elected representatives within and outside the South East. “As part of our commitment to reconciliation, we have granted amnesty to party members who are genuinely repentant, irrespective of which side they supported during the crisis,” he said.
Ezeokenwa also applauded President Bola Tinubu for appointing Ambassador Bianca Ojukwu as a minister in his cabinet, describing it as a recognition of APGA’s contributions to national development.
The party chairman expressed gratitude to Soludo for his leadership, both at the party level and in Anambra State.
