Assistant Inspector General of Police of the Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID) Annex, Alagbon, Lagos, AIG Margaret Ochalla, has ordered a Police officer, Inspector Kalu, to vomit the sum of N4m allegedly extorted from a complainant.
