Commuters, urchins flee after vehicle explode in Lagos
There was pandemonium on Joel Ogunnaike Street, off Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way, Ikeja GRA, Lagos, on Friday after a private vehicle exploded, sending thick smoke into the sky and forcing passersby to flee for safety.
