The 48-inch, 127-kilometre Obiafu-Obrikom-Oben (OB3) Gas Pipeline aimed to facilitate seamless supply of gas across the country is nearing completion, the Minister of State, Petroleum Resources (Gas), Ekperikpe Ekpo has said.
