According to Jenda Police Spokesperson MacFarlane Mseteka, the disagreement between the two had been ongoing for some time. After Sub Traditional Authority Levi Jere ruled in favor of Sindani, Phiri allegedly planned to shoot Sindani with a muzzleloader firearm.
