The former governor of Kaduna State, Nasir El-Rufai’s wife, Hadiza El-Rufai, has urged parents and guardians not to give up on their children, revealing that she wasn’t a ‘good student’ while growing up.
Mrs El-Rufai stated this in a post on X in reaction to the viral video of a teacher, Stella Nwadigo, assaulting a three-year-old pupil, Abayomi Michael, during a class lesson.
The footage shows the female teacher at Christ Mitots School located in the Ikorodu area of Lagos, violently smacking the young child for struggling with the lesson. The video sparked widespread outrage, leading to the teacher’s subsequent arrest on Wednesday.
To encourage parents and guardians, El-Rufai’s wife published her 1964 report from Provincial Girls’ School in Kano which showed she struggled at school at first.
One of her results showed she scored five out of 50.
“I didn’t start out as a good student. Don’t give up on your kids,” she wrote on Wednesday.WATCH NOW BEFORE IT’S DELETED! INTERNET GOES HOT AS POPULAR NIGERIAN GOVERNOR C4UGHT HAVING $3X WITH HIS SECRETARY WIFE. THE FULL V!DEO IS HERE, CLICK THE LINK TO VIEW IT.
