Akpabio mentioned that while discontented Nigerians have the right to protest, he and Tinubu’s supporters will continue to benefit from the government.

During a meeting with the NDDC executive management, Niger Delta ethnic nationalities, and other stakeholders in Port Harcourt, Akpabio emphasized that he and his peers do not seek a regime change.

“We do not desire a regime change. Let’s support this government. Those who wish to protest can do so, but we will continue to benefit,” Akpabio stated on Tuesday. He urged Nigerians to allow Tinubu’s administration more time for its policies to be effective.

“As the Senate President, I urge all Nigerian youths to give this administration a chance for its policies to develop,” Akpabio added.
