Those involved include Falz, son of Femi Falana, Femi Falana himself, Bobrisky, and VeryDarkMan. According to VeryDarkMan, Bobrisky reached out to Falz and his father, Femi Falana, seeking help on how he could be pardoned and subsequently placed in a VIP area of the prison. Femi Falana, however, admitted that indeed, Bobrisky reached out to his son, Falz, sometime in May. Not only him, as Bobrisky had reached out to others for help as well. He asked Falz for 3 million naira to be placed in a special part of the prison, which Femi Falana referred to as the VIP section. In turn, Femi Falana said his son asked Bobrisky if he was calling under the authorization of the superintendent of the prison, and Bobrisky said no.
This led Falz to tell Bobrisky not to call him again, as he was unable to assist in bribing the prison authorities. Falz also warned Bobrisky to be careful, since he was already in jail for an offense, and if he intended to reach out next time, he should do so through the superintendent or send a letter endorsed by the prison authorities.
