The African Democratic Congress (ADC) has faulted the Independent National Electoral Commission’s (INEC) first-week report on new Permanent Voter Card (PVC) pre-registrations, describing the figures as “statistically implausible” and potentially damaging to the integrity of Nigeria’s electoral process.
