Governor Adeleke emerged winner at the Accord Party primary election with 145 votes.
Naija News reports that the screening committee of the Accord Party had earlier screened and cleared Gov. Ademola Adeleke for the party’s governorship primary.
This is contained in a statement by Mr Ibe Thankgod, the chairman of the committee and also the party’s National Organising Secretary, on Wednesday in Osogbo.
He said the committee subsequently cleared Adeleke as the sole aspirant for the party’s governorship ticket and concluded all required documentation with the relevant bodies..Read Original
