Peter Obi was leaving Benin City after making a campaign stop ahead of the governorship election scheduled for Saturday, September 21.

The candidate of the Labour Party, Olumide Akpata, faces an uphill task as he battles much more established and experienced candidates such as Asue Ighodalo of the Peoples Democratic Party and the candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Senator Monday Okpebholo.

Meanwhile Portable has expressed his disappointment after a recent encounter with Peter Obi.

A video from the encounter, which has since gone viral, shows Portable lamenting over the fact that Obi did not offer him any money during their interaction.

Speaking in his usual blunt manner, Portable compared Obi to President Bola Tinubu, claiming that the current president would have given him something if they had met.
