In a post on her Facebook page on Wednesday, Kinse said she received a letter of dismissal dated July 21, 2025, but was only handed the letter on September 24. She disclosed that alongside the dismissal, she was given a token of ₦100,000.
“When I got to the Convent, I met that my belongings were already packed outside the room I stayed in, and the religious habits were taken away. I pulled the one I had on and submitted it as well. Therefore, I am currently not in possession of any property of the Congregation,” she said.
Despite the development, Kinse thanked those who had supported her through prayers and encouragement, describing their love as priceless.
She further reaffirmed her Catholic faith, saying: “I am a Catholic! and I love my Church! Above all, I place my trust in God, whose throne can never be shaken and who never abandons His own.”
As of press time, the leadership of the Congregation of Mother of Perpetual Help of the Archangels Sisters had yet to respond to the development.
The dismissed Reverend Sister has made several allegations, including sexual abuse by priests, high handedness, and other vices in the Church.
In one of her controversial posts, she wrote, “Religious Sisters Are Not Priests’ Wives or Bedmates.”
