It was not yet clear if the Court Order barring VIO from Stopping, confiscating, collecting fines or impounding vehicles in Abuja also extends to every part of the country especially in Lagos where their anger is unprecedented.
Justice Evelyn Maha issued the order on Wednesday October 2, 2024, in a judgment on a fundamental rights enforcement suit: FHC/ABJ/CS/1695/2023 filed by a human rights and public interest attorney, Abubakar Marshal.
