Former Kaduna State Governor, Nasir El-Rufai, has formally joined the African Democratic Congress, ADC. DAILY POST reports that El-Rufai, a founding member of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, left the party earlier this year for the Social Democratic Party, SDP.
