SaharaReporters learnt that the invasion took place on Friday, causing tension in the community as the herdsmen appeared to have been emboldened in the resurgent attacks.
“I experienced a devastating incident at Shatta village in Bosso Local Government, Minna, Niger State. I had invested a substantial amount of time, money, and effort into my 2-hectare farm, cultivating beans with high hopes for a bountiful harvest,” Shatta explained to SaharaReporters.

“Tragically, my dreams were shattered when unknown Fulani herdsmen’s cattle invaded my farm, destroying approximately 80% of my beans crop,” he lamented.
