According to Nsanje Police spokesperson, Agnes Zalakoma, Nyamtawa was riding a Lifan motorcycle towards Bangula when he collided with an ambulance driven by Anderson Chuma, which was en route to Queen Elizabeth Hospital with a patient.
Zalakoma stated, “Upon reaching the Kaombe junction, Nyamtawa collided with the ambulance coming from the opposite direction. He later succumbed to severe head injuries at Kalemba Hospital.”.
