According to Tuttosport, the 25-year-old, who has been sidelined since December 29 with a muscle injury sustained against Roma, has resumed regular training and will be available for Milan’s upcoming match against Parma.
Transfer expert Nicolo Schira revealed that Bologna and an unnamed Saudi club are leading the race for the Nigerian’s signature, with new Milan manager Sergio Conceicao reportedly not including him in his plans.
The former Villarreal star, who joined Milan for €28m in the summer of 2023, has struggled to make an impact in Italy, managing just three goals and one assist in 22 appearances across all competitions.
His limited playing time has attracted interest from several clubs, with Aston Villa manager Unai Emery keen to reunite with the winger he guided to Europa League glory at Villarreal in 2021.
