As Davido proceeded to release a snippet of his upcoming song, Wizkid and his fans took to X to mock the singer. Wizkid referred to Davido as a terrible singer, giving him the nickname “Frogido.”

Wizkid’s fans also criticized Davido for selecting the same release date as Wizkid to release his snippet.

Comparing the snippets of the singers unreleased songs, Wizkid FC rated Davido’s snippet poorly while praising Wizkid.

One Wizkid fan said, “Every time we speak the truth, people say his father has money. Do you know who my father is or where I come from? But we just have to say the truth. Osakpolo doesn’t know how to sing anything. What he released today, on October 1st, if Youngidu released it, they should arrest him for defaming eardrum verbalization, because that’s what Davido is about to do now.
