The Federal Government says Section 1 of the Lagos–Calabar Coastal Highway will be opened to the public between December 12 and 17. Minister of Works Dave Umahi announced the timeline on Sunday in Lagos after inspecting progress on the 47.47-kilometre, six-lane stretch.
