Udinese goalkeeper Maduka Okoye has weighed in on the ongoing conversation surrounding Victor Osimhen’s potential summer transfer from Napoli.
Osimhen, 25, is expected to leave the Diego Armando Maradona Stadium as Napoli negotiates with Paris Saint-Germain over a possible move.
The Super Eagles striker has been tipped to replace Kylian Mbappe, who recently joined Real Madrid.
Despite links to the Ligue 1 champions, talks between Napoli and PSG have stalled in recent days, casting doubt on Osimhen’s potential return to the French league.
Okoye who is Osimhen’s national teammate, is supporting the Super Eagles striker in making the right decision.
“Yes, we know each other very well; we talk every now and then. I spoke to him two weeks ago,” Okoye told Tuttomercatoweb.
