Momodu, a close ally of the leader of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) made this known in a post on Instagram.
He noted that despite the skirmishes and deaths that occurred during the process, Ghana was able to maintain its respected democratic processes.
“Despite some skirmishes and avoidable deaths yesterday, the Republic of GHANA has once again demonstrated her capacity to sustain its Democracy against all odds. While the process is yet to be formally concluded, or conceded, no Ghanaian is left in doubt about the unprecedented winds and waves of CHANGE. In another post, the former presidential aspirant praised Dr. Bawumia for conceding defeat like a “true gentleman.”
“Well done Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia for conceding like a gentleman. God bless you, Sir, and the Republic of Ghana,” he wrote.
