Josie Gibson’s quiet life in bustling city where average home fetches £397,435

This Morning regular Josie Gibson made waves earlier this week after she announced on Loose Women that she would be joining the show next month.

The 38-year-old said on Thursday that she would be one of the “special guests” on Loose Women’s September live tour alongside Sherrie Hewson and Larry Lamb.

Josie previously won the 11th series of Big Brother in 2010 and later appeared on Ultimate Big Brother.

After winning Big Brother, she shot to fame and became a showbiz reporter for Channel 5 show OK! TV and was a reporter for Big Brother’s Bit On The Side.

She later appeared in numerous TV series including Celebrity Wedding Planner, Celebrity Juice, The Wright Stuff and The Vanessa Show.

Josie also appeared as a contestant on The Jump in 2017. She joined This Morning in 2019 as a competition announcer and became a presenter on the show in 2021 when she filled in last minute for Holly Willoughby.

In 2023, she presented alongside Holly after Phillip Schofield’s departure from the programme.

Josie is a Bristolian and is the eldest of three brothers and three sisters. She has a son, Reggie-James who was born in 2018.

She now reportedly lives in a stylish home in Bristol. The main living space in the home includes rattan furniture, modern lighting and lots of houseplants.

The living space was created by This Morning and interiors expert Georgina Burnett.

Bristol is a bustling city that’s known for its vibrant nightlife and 19th-century warehouses.

The majority of sales in Bristol during the last year were terraced properties, selling for an average price of £393,458.

Flats sold for an average of £276,377, with semi-detached properties fetching £440,215.

Overall, sold prices in Bristol over the last year were 10 percent up on the previous year and 18 percent up on the 2020 peak of £336,679.
