Kano APC e-registration puts on hold in wait of Gov Yusuf, Tinubu’s meeting in Abuja

As Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf is scheduled to meet with President Tinubu today at the Aso Rock Villa to perfect his final movement to the All Progressives Congress, APC, the President is reported to have directed that the APC E-registrations in Kano should be put on hold pending the Governor’s official defection.

Our Correspondent gathered from an impeccable source that one of the reasons Governor Yusuf had stayed in Abuja for some days was for him to meet with the President who was away but returned just last night.

It was gathered that President Tinubu directed that Governor Yusuf should wait to see him on his return to Abuja.

In the same vein, the House Committee Chairman on Downstream, Alhassan Doguwa said that APC E-registrations in Kano was put on hold on the directives of the President and the party National Chairman for Governor Yusuf to be unveiled first.

Doguwa who was seen in a viral video addressing some of his supporters said, “you can see that even the APC E-registrations in Kano could not commence because President Tinubu and the Party National Chairman asked to allow Governor Yusuf to be the first do it.”
