KWAM 1 causes stir as he unveils his exclusive hotel, reveals N40m as annual membership fee

Actress, Koko Zaria shared a video of the affluent musician showing guests around the stunning estate on the internet.

In the video, KWAM 1 boasted about bringing in experts from abroad to give his customers excellent service in addition to showcasing all of the amazing amenities in his facility.

The Fuji maestro continued by pointing out that his hotel operates on a membership basis and is not precisely accessible to the general public. He said that lodging and food would be provided for the members.

He continued by disclosing that joining his establishment for a year cost between N25 million and N40 million at the very least.

KWAM 1 said: “What we run here is not per se to the general public, we do membership only, strictly membership… when you are a member, we have prices ranging from N25 million to N30- N40 million annually, free food and accommodation.”
