“Asaba house agents, what is happening? Two rooms and a parlor for ₦1.5 million or ₦1.6 million? You people act like POP is heaven. How much does it even cost to do POP?”
He further highlighted the situation, stating:
“For any house with POP, they charge as if it’s made of diamonds. A single room costs ₦800,000, while a room and parlor go for ₦1 million to ₦1.2 million.”
The man blamed house agents for the high rental prices, accusing them of influencing landlords to fix exorbitant rates.
