Mangut fumes at Plateau United’s display in win against Lobi Stars

Plateau United technical adviser, Mbwas Mangut has expressed disappointment with the performance of his players in the win over Lobi Stars.

Mangut believes the players failed to coordinate themselves in the game.

Muhammad Umar and Albert Hilary netted for Plateau United in the 2-1 win at the New Jos Stadium.

Kumaga Surr scored the only goal for Lobi Stars in the game.

“My players believed that because they had a better game in Lafia the mentality was that they can always dominate,” he told the club’s media.

“I said to them no two matches are the same, when you play well in the first game, you expect them to come fighting which Lobi Stars did.

“The coordination from my players was not encouraging.”
