The car receives so much attention as it’s parked right outside the entrance and just a stone’s throw from the busy Kings Cross and St Pancras train stations.
Londoners are sure the eye-catching supercar hasn’t moved an inch in almost five years, with several theories emerging about what it’s all about.
Driveverse said: “This is the most mysterious supercar in London and there are many theories surrounding it.
“This bright pink McLaren 570S has been parked in front of a luxury hotel for over four years.
“During this time the supercar hasn’t moved an inch and even the hotel staff don’t know who owns this car.”
TikTok user Gabby Lauren, username @soggySpin4ch, first raised awareness of the vehicle with her video going viral on social media.
In a short clip, Gabby asked: “When will this pink car move? This car has been here the whole pandemic.”

The video has since received over 88,000 likes and over 1,000 responses, with many admitting to spotting the car during their time in the capital.
TikTok user @katethedogwalker posted: “And it’s still there to this day!!!! I always think the same. Does this guy live in St Pancras?”
@dezz1999 added: “No no no this car has moved and actually been out for a few days, then back again. He or she will be a resident upstairs.”
Some social media users even hilariously claimed the car as their own – despite the whopping six-figure price tag. One TikTok user wrote: “Mb guys sorry I’ll move it on Monday.”
Meanwhile, @alveriie said: “Sorry that was a gift from my bf can’t move it because I haven’t got my license yet 🙁 2 year waiting list and all that.”
However, experts at Driveverse shed some light on the vehicle, conceding the car likely belongs to someone living inside the hotel all year around.

They added: “Some say the McLaren has been here since 2014 and belongs to a hotel guest who is wealthy enough to afford long-term rental in advance.
“Others believe the supercar’s owner owns part of the hotel.
