The video showed her standing beside a river alongside other devotees of the Osun goddess.
A calabash full of items believed to be sacrifices was placed on her head. The lawmaker then got up and moved closer to the river while carrying the calabash.
MyNigeria could not confirm if the video depicts a recent occurrence.
However, many social media users have slammed Natasha for the act, describing it as desperation amid her six months suspension.
Nata sustained the suspension after she disregarded the Senate rule on sitting arrangements.
When the President of the Senate, Godswill Akpabio, directed her to return to her assigned seat before her contributions at plenary could be attended to, the lawmaker ignored the directive and resorted to throwing tantrums.
The following day, Natasha was on live TV accusing Akpabio of punishing her for refusing his sexual advances.
