Ndidi rejects new Leicester deal, sparking transfer speculation

The Nigerian international’s current deal expires soon, and he has been linked with a move away from the King Power Stadium.

Newly appointed manager Steve Cooper was waiting for Ndidi’s decision before entering the transfer market to bring in new recruits.

Ndidi joined Leicester City in 2017 from Genk and played a crucial role in the club’s promotion to the Premier League last season, scoring six goals and providing six assists in 36 games across all competitions.

Football Insider reports that the 27-year-old has agreed to join Everton, while other clubs like Olympique Marseille, Aston Villa, Monaco, and Olympique Lyon have also expressed interest in his services.
