Sources have revealed that the Iraqi government has sentenced her to death, with the execution slated for November, unless swift action is taken by the Nigerian authorities.
She embarked on a journey to Iraq on May 6, 2023, in search of better prospects, only to find herself disillusioned in the Middle-Eastern nation.
Overwhelmed by the challenges around her, she tragically attempted to take her own life, but was fortunately rescued.
Unfortunately, the Iraqi authorities deemed her actions criminal and handed down a sentence of death by beating as punishment for her suicide attempt.
A concerned source, aware of the horrible situation, implores the Nigerian government, led by President Bola Tinubu, to intervene urgently and save Oluwaseunfunmi from her impending fate.
The source emphasizes that her decision to travel to Iraq was driven by a desperate pursuit of a more promising life, as she believed her prospects in Nigeria were bleak.
According to the information provided, Oluwaseunfunmi was employed by “Dr. Zainab Attar (Dentist) – Karadah – 0 tips” during her time in Iraq.
And sources have reached out to the Head of Media at the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NIDCOM), Abdurrahmaan Balogun Arab, who expressed unawareness of the situation.
In response, Balogun urged concerned individuals, including family members, to submit a petition with detailed information to admin@nidcom.gov.ng.
The plight of Dose Rebecca Oluwaseunfunmi highlights the urgent need for immediate action by the Nigerian government to secure her safety and prevent the tragic outcome that awaits her in Iraq.….CONTINUE.FULL.READING>>>
