The Ogun State Government, through its Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development, has announced a three-month amnesty for property owners who built without the required planning permits, allowing them to regularise their documents with reduced penal fees. The commissioner in the ministry, TPL Olatunji Odunlami, disclosed this on Friday at a press conference, adding that the amnesty will run from November 1 to January 31, 2026.
