The announcement was made on Tuesday by the PDP National Publicity Secretary, Debo Ologunagba, during a press conference held at the party’s national secretariat in Abuja. Ologunagba confirmed that the party had received the official Court of Appeal ruling, which reaffirmed Ude-Okoye’s appointment as the National Secretary. He further emphasized that, in line with the party’s commitment to upholding the rule of law, the PDP will fully respect and implement the court’s directive.
Ologunagba also highlighted that the party, as a law-abiding institution, is dedicated to ensuring that all judicial rulings are followed without hesitation. He reiterated that the party’s decision to accept the court’s ruling was in keeping with its principles of fairness and legal integrity.
