Last week, Talksport reported that Manchester United showed interest in signing Crystal Palace winger Michael Olise and midfielder Eberechi Eze. However, discussions with Palace did not lead to any productive outcomes.

Now, according to sources in the Football Insider, there’s news that Sir Alex Ferguson, a former Manchester United manager, met with Crystal Palace’s sports director to discuss the sale of some players. United is keen on acquiring these players, but Crystal Palace is reluctant to part with them. Hence, they’re banking on Ferguson’s negotiating skills to assist in the process.
