K Jeff, the mastermind behind a global drug trafficking and scam network, was nabbed last week.

His organization, operating across Southeast Asia, Africa, Korea, America, and Europe, engaged in smuggling drugs and orchestrating romance and investment scams to lure unsuspecting individuals into acting as drug couriers.

Victims were tricked into transporting backpacks, groceries, or confectionery items laced with drugs under the guise of delivering gifts.

Among them was a Korean woman in her 50s, caught last year while unknowingly smuggling cocaine from Brazil to Cambodia via Korea.

Authorities have linked K Jeff to a Nigerian drug ring initially busted in Korea in 2021. The Korean NIS has so far seized 45.6 kg of drugs, including 28.4 kg of methamphetamine, and arrested 38 members of his network.

K Jeff, previously deported from Korea in 2008 after serving a one-year prison sentence for drug-related crimes, had continued his illegal operations, smuggling narcotics from Nigeria into Korea and other regions...CONTINUE THE FULL READING HERE:
