There will be no break for the Super Eagles after a hectic season in Europe as a new date has been arranged for them to report to training camp for a must-win 2026 World Cup qualifier against South Africa next month.

Officials have told SCORENigeria that the players called up for the World Cup qualifiers will now be expected to report in Uyo on May 28.

Nigeria tackle Bafana Bafana of South Africa on June 7 in Uyo, before they travel to Abidjan for a second qualifier against Benin.
