Transfer: Arsenal refuse to pay Napoli £110.8m for Osimhen

Gunners boss, Mikel Arteta, wants to add a striker to his squad after narrowly missing out on the Premier League title this season.

One of the names on his list is believed to be RB Leipzig striker, Benjamin Sesko, and is available due to his €65m (£55.2m) release clause.

However, Sky Sports Italy report that although Arsenal rate Osimhen highly, they are unwilling to do a deal due to the high costs involved.

Napoli are willing to sell Osimhen, but the club’s president, Aurelio de Laurentiis, is holding out for a team that will pay the €130m (£110.8m) clause.
