The 2022/2023 Champions League has been fun so far. As usual, it has been very competitive. Quite a number of Teams have qualified for the Quarter Finals of the Competition. At the moment, 4 teams have qualified for the Quarter Finals out of the 8 required. Last week, the first phase of the second leg of the Competition held, and 4 Teams progressed, the 4 teams are, Chelsea, Benfica, Bayern Munich and AC Milan.…CONTINUE READING
This week the second phase of the second leg will be played. There are some Teams that can still qualify if they don’t win in the sense that in the first leg, they have already won with a quite a number of Goals. For Some, they will have to win so as to secure qualification in the sense that, they lost the first leg. Those Teams are:
1. Liverpool
Liverpool lost 5:2 in the first leg of the Round of 16 to Real Madrid. Liverpool scored 2 goals first but Real Madrid responded by scoring 5. So as to Qualify, Liverpool will have to win and not just win but with nothing less than a 3 Goal Difference so as to Qualify for the Quarter Finals.
2. Porto
Porto lost 1:0 to Inter Milan in the first leg. They will have to win in the second leg this week so as to Qualify for the next stage.
3. Frankfurt
Napoli defeated Frankfurt 2:0 in the First Leg. This week Frankfurt will travel to italy this week with the mindset of winning if they will qualify for the Next Stage.
4. Manchester City or Leipzig
Manchester City played draw with Leipzig in the first leg. In the second leg, one of them will have to win in the so as to Qualify for the next Stage as they played draw in the First Leg..…CONTINUE READING
