Quinoa And Black Bean

Heat a pan, add some rice bran oil to it and let it heat on a medium flame. Add some onions and garlic to the pan and let them roast until they turn brownish. Now add quinoa, cayenne pepper, cumin powder, and vegetable broth to the pan and mix well. Now cover the pan and let it come to a boil. Now add some black bean, salt pepper and corn kernels and let it cook until the broth is well absorbed. Turn off the lid, transfer the quinoa black bean to a serving plate and garnish with cilantro.

Vegan Crepes

Vegan crepes are extremely easy to make. Take soy milk, flour, sugar, salt, vegan butter, and maple syrup in a bowl and mix all ingredients. Refrigerate the mixture for about an hour. Now, heat a pan and add some butter to it. Add 2-3 spoons of the mixture into the pan, swirl it and immediately cover the lid of the pan. Flip it to the other side after it turns golden brown. Cook both sides, take it off the heat and serve with honey and fruits.

Banana Peanut Butter Tortilla

To prepare a banana peanut butter tortilla, heat a pan and roast the tortilla from both sides. Once it gets roasted, take it off the heat and put it on a plate. Now, spread peanut butter on it evenly, and then add banana slices, honey and nutmeg powder. Fold the taco and your healthy breakfast is ready!

Grilled Tofu Sandwich

To make a grilled tofu sandwich, heat some oil in a pan and stir-fry tofu in it for about a minute. Take 2-4 slices of bread, and add lettuce, Chinese cabbage, tomato, onions, and salt to it. Once the tofu turns brownish, add cucumber slices, hot sauce and tofu to the bread. Grill the sandwich and it’s ready to be served!
