He said, “The local government allocations have remained untouched because I believe that the state requires substantial funds to invest in a legacy project that holds immense benefits for the people.”
Otu said the main legacy project is the state aviation project.
He disclosed that they have recently acquired four new aircraft to enhance flight operations for Calabar routes that have experienced frequent flight cancellations.
He said his administration will boost airline operations currently operating as Cally aircraft under a lease agreement with Aero contractors airlines.
