A sitting member of the House of Representatives and son of the former Governor of Kaduna State, Bello El-Rufai, has once again found himself amidst controversy over the use of foul language towards netizens.

Moments ago, El-Rufai was questioned about corruption allegations totaling up to 400 billion naira against his father, the immediate past governor of Kaduna, by the current state government. Earlier today, it was also reported that the anti-graft agency is set to investigate the former Minister of FCT.

In response to the message on his X handle, Bello El-Rufai stated: “Not sure. So I heard. I heard your mother has been the ashawo of the entire street you grew up on. Rumor has it she’s been twerking on the streets since the current national anthem was introduced back then. Again, not sure. Is it true?”

Bushradigist reported that at the time of writing this report, the message has been deleted by the sitting representative.
